Today, I’m a Certified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, trained by the Quest Institute and registered with QCHPA, CNHC, and NCH. I specialise in brief, effective therapy that helps people create meaningful change — often in as little as 6 sessions.
