For years, I lived with anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. It wasn’t until I discovered Cognitive Hypnotherapy that everything changed. The tools I learned didn’t just help me cope — they helped me heal. That experience inspired me to train and become a therapist myself, so I could help others find the same freedom.

 

Today, I’m a Certified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner, trained by the Quest Institute and registered with QCHPA, CNHC, and NCH. I specialise in brief, effective therapy that helps people create meaningful change — often in as little as 6 sessions.
