Why I Do What I Do
For years, I faced my own battles with anxiety, depression, and low self-worth. I know what it’s like to feel stuck and unsure where to turn. Cognitive Hypnotherapy gave me a way forward — not by “fixing” me, but by helping me reconnect with my inner resources and self-belief.
